Some email providers may inadvertently send your password reset link into a spam/junk or trash mail folder. If you are using a school email address (e.g., jane@scarletcshighschool.com) your school domain may inadvertently block our content.
If we send you an email but you do not receive it:
- Check your spam/junk, trash, or bulk mail folder.
- Search your inbox/junk folders for support@scarletcs.com
- If the email is not there:
- Add support@scarletcs.com to your address book.
- Add support@scarletcs.com to your approved sender list, whitelist, or safe sender list.
- Request another email by following the password recovery steps.
- If you do not get the email within 30 minutes, please contact your email provider.
If you continue to have issues after ensuring that your email will accept messages from @scarletcs.com, you will need to open a ticket with our help desk or email support@scarletcs.com for further assistance.
