If you have been locked out of your SRAR/SSAR account due to too many failed login attempts, you will need to follow the steps below to activate your account:
- To regain access to your account, go to the SRAR/SSAR Activation Page, enter the email address you used to create your SRAR/SSAR account, and click Resend Activation Email.
- An activation email will be sent to you.
Note: If you do not receive an activation email, reference the troubleshooting tips in this article or contact support@scarletcs.com for assistance. - Follow the instructions sent via email to finish unlocking your account. The activation link will expire in 24 hours and can only be used once.
Note: If your activation link and/or code has expired, repeat the steps above to receive a new activation link/code.
