- Navigate to the "Forgot Password" recovery page.
- Enter your first name, last name, and email address exactly as you recorded them when you first created your SRAR/SSAR account.
- Click Submit.
- Instructions for resetting your password will be sent to the email address you used when you created your account. Open the email and click the Reset My Password link.
Note: The password reset link is only valid for 24-hours. If the link has expired, you will need to submit a new password reset request.
- Create a new password that meets password requirements: Passwords are required to be between 8 and 20 characters and a mix of letters, numbers, and one or more of the following characters: !,@,#,?,$,%,*,=. Do not use any other characters other than !,@,#,?,$,%,*,=.
- Click Submit.

If you can no longer access the email address that is used for your SRAR/SSAR or if you are unable to receive the password reset instructions via email, click Try Another Recovery Option on the Forgot Password page. If you did not set up recovery options on your SRAR/SSAR account, please contact student support at support@scarletcs.com for further assistance.
