I am trying to reset my password, but it says, "The name and email combination you entered does not exist in our system."

Please confirm the following if you are attempting to reset your password, but receive the following error message: "The name and email combination you entered does not exist in our system. Please try again."

• You are entering the email address originally used to create your SRAR/SSAR account. 
• There is no typo in your email address, first name, or last name.
• You are typing your email address and name in the text-box fields. Do not copy and paste.
• You've entered your full email address. For example, "[e-mail]" instead of "username@scarletcs."
• Your keyboard is in the right language. U.S. characters only. 

Note: If you misspell your name or email address when creating your account, the system will not recognize it during a password reset.
