Please confirm the following if you are attempting to reset your password, but receive the following error message: "The name and email combination you entered does not exist in our system. Please try again."
- You are entering the email address originally used to create your SRAR/SSAR account.
- There is no typo in your email address, first name, or last name.
- You are typing your email address and name in the text-box fields. Do not copy and paste.
- You've entered your full email address. For example, "username@scarletcs.com" instead of "username@scarletcs."
- Your keyboard is in the right language. U.S. characters only.
Note: If you misspell your name or email address when creating your account, the system will not recognize it during a password reset.
