- Confirm you are using login credentials for your SRAR/SSAR account and not your app status portal or another website.
- Do not use autofill to enter your email address.
- Log in with the email address originally used to create your SRAR/SSAR account.
- Confirm there is no typo in your email address.
- Do not copy and paste your email address.
- Enter your full email address. For example, "username@scarletcs.com" instead of "username@scarletcs."
- Confirm your keyboard is in the correct language. U.S. characters only.
