What Do I Do If I Clicked "Enable Two-Factor Authentication" On My SRAR Account But Did Not Complete Setup?

If you cannot log in to your SRAR because you are stuck at the Two-Factor Authentication screen, you will need to reset your password to bypass the screen below and regain entry to your account.

To complete Two-Factor Authentication Setup:

1. Please go to your SRAR Account page.
   
   
2. On the Account page, scroll down and select Enhanced Account Security/Recovery Options.
   
3. Next, check Setup two-factor authentication. 
   
4. Follow the on-screen instructions or reference our help article to complete setup.
