Using the Recovery Email Address to Regain Access to your SRAR/SSAR account

If you forgot your password and can no longer access the email address that is used for your SRAR account, or if you are unable to receive the password reset instructions via email, follow the steps below to regain access to your SRAR/SSAR account: 

Note: This feature is only available if you have a recovery email address enabled on your SRAR account. 

  1. Navigate to the SRAR/SSAR website and click "Forgot Password".

  2. Enter your first name, last name, email address associated with your SRAR account and click "Try Another Recovery Option".

  3. Select the "Use Recovery Email...." radio button and click "Continue".

  4. A password reset link and instructions for resetting your password will be sent to your recovery email address.
