The SRAR generates the coursework entry/edit fields (on the Enter Coursework screen) as academic years (e.g. 09/2020 - 06/2021) based on the Dates of Attendance on the Enter High Schools screen (e.g. 09/2019-06/2023).
When completing the Core Coursework screen, if you enter courses under the wrong school and there is no edit option for that academic year then temporarily change the dates of attendance to include the year you want to edit. The system will then generate the edit option.
Example
You attended Madison High School for grades 9 & 10 (09/2019-06/2021) and Asbury High School for grades 11 & 12 (09/2021-06/2023). You entered your grade 11 Asbury High School courses under your Madison High School courses when you recorded your core coursework. Temporarily switch the dates of attendance for Madison High School to 09/2019-06/2023 to access the courses that you want to remove. Re-enter the courses under Asbury High School.
Once you complete all of your course entries please return to the Enter High Schools screen and record the correct dates of attendance for each school.
