In order to add a college course (taken at a U.S. college or university) that does not appear on your high school transcript, please review the following guidelines:
Please log into the SRAR with the following link to access the generic SRAR which will allow you to list the college on the Enter High Schools/Colleges screen. (Please note that you have to exit the current branded SRAR to add the college on the generic-unbranded SRAR):
https://srar.selfreportedtranscript.com/generic.aspx
Once you log into the generic SRAR, click on "Add Another School" to search for the college and list it on the Enter High Schools/Colleges screen.
List the Dates of Attendance for the college, select the Grade Scale and click on the "Enter Courses" symbol.
If you do not have a cumulative GPA for this school please select, "This school does not calculate or report GPA."
If this was a summer course, enter the course in the previous academic year. Be sure to select the Term as well . For example, if you took a course between 9th and 10th grade, enter the course as occurring in 9th grade (i.e. Courses were taken in 9th grade).
Choose the Subject Area, enter the Course Code and the Course Name. Record the Credit and Grade as it appears on the college transcript. Select the Term as well. If this was a summer course taken between 9th and 10th grade in Summer 2021, select "Summer 2021."
Remember to click "Save Course" when you are finished recording the course.
