How Can I Move A Course From One Academic Year To Another?

To move a course from one academic year to another, please review the guidelines below:

1. Go to the Enter Coursework page.
2. Under the Enter Coursework section, click on the "edit" icon next to the academic year in which the course is listed. 
   
3. Select the course you wish to move and click the Move Selected Courses button.
4. Select the academic year/grade you would like to move the course under, and then confirm by clicking Move Courses.
   If you need to move the specific courses between high schools, select a different school if applicable.
5. A warning message will appear on screen. If you wish to move the selected course to a different year/grade, click OK to confirm. Press Cancel to go back.
