I Am Trying To Enter My Final Grades But The Only Grade Option Shown Is "In Progress"

If you are in the Enter Coursework section of the SSAR/SRAR and no grades (e.g. letter grades, number grades) are visible in the Grades drop-down please follow the steps below.

  1. Return to "Enter High Schools/Colleges".

  2. Select the "Grade Scale" that matches the grades shown on your unofficial transcript/grades report (e.g., online report card)).

  3. Enter your "Dates of Attendance" and click "Enter Courses" to save this information.

Tip: If you complete the steps above and you are experiencing the same issue, please confirm that you are clicking the "Enter Courses" icon Screen_Shot_2022-11-01_at_12.23.56_PM.png before leaving this section. The "Enter Courses" icon works as a save button.
