How can I tell if my SRAR/SSAR has been submitted?

In this article, we will review how to tell if your SRAR/SSAR has been submitted, sent, or if it's currently in edit mode (unsubmitted). 

Submitted

A submitted SRAR/SSAR shows 'Record Complete' in the top right section of the screen.

You can also utilize the My Colleges and Universities dashboard on the homepage of your SRAR/SSAR to see your Current SRAR/SSAR Status. If a SRAR/SSAR is submitted, you will see "Submitted" as your "Current SRAR/SSAR status". Please note that a "submitted" SRAR/SSAR does not mean it has been sent to a university. 

 

Sent

To check if your SRAR/SSAR has been sent to a specific university, locate the school on your My Colleges and Universities dashboard and click "Show Details for...". If your SRAR/SSAR was sent to the university, you will see a green checkmark with the date it was sent.  

 

Edit Mode

If the SRAR/SSAR has been un-submitted (i.e., placed back into 'EDIT MODE'), you will see this listed in red in the top right section of the screen. If your SRAR/SSAR is in EDIT MODE, please re-submit your record to allow universities (who are accepting changes) to receive the updates made.
