The SRAR generates the coursework entry fields (on the Enter Coursework screen) as academic years (e.g. 09/2020 to 06/2021) based on the Dates of Attendance on the Enter High Schools screen (e.g. 09/2020-06/2024).
If you switched high schools and returned to your previous high school, or if you switched schools mid year or mid semester please record your Dates of Attendance as follows:
- Enter the date that you started high school (e.g. 09/2020) for each school. Next, enter the same month and year that you will graduate (or have graduated) from high school (e.g. 06/2024) for each school.
- Record the courses taken at each school in the appropriate academic year.
- After you have reviewed all of your entries, before you submit the SRAR, return to the Enter High Schools screen and change the dates of attendance for each school to show the dates you actually attended. When changing the dates, click the "Enter Courses"
icon to save each change.
