- Log in to the main SRAR website.
- On the Home page, scroll down to the section labeled "My Colleges and Universities".
- Find the university in which you like to set test-optional preferences for and click "Show Details for ..."
Tip: 💡 If a university is not listed on your 'My Colleges and Universities' dashboard, you can select it from the 'Add College/University' drop-down. If you are redirected to a university website, you will be required to link your SRAR or SSAR to your college application before the university can be added to your dashboard.
- Click "Test Optional Preferences for..."
Tip: 💡 This section will only appear for colleges that allow you to set test-optional preferences on the SRAR/SSAR.
- Click "Update Test Optional Preferences for ...."
- To check which tests/exams the university collects on the SRAR/SSAR, you may wish to expand the accordion labeled "Which tests/exams should be reported to...?".
- Select whether or not you want to make your test scores available to this university.
⚠️This option should match the designation made on your application for admission.

If you chose "Yes-make my test scores available", please select which tests/exams you would like to share with the university.
Tip: 💡The types of exams/tests you can send to each university will vary by institution.
- Click "Save Test Optional Selections"
You may repeat the steps above for any college or university that collects exam/test scores on the SRAR/SSAR AND has a test-optional admissions policy.
